There has been a change of shareholders at Orthopädie-Technik Berlin (OTB): OTB – one of the largest service providers in the health and medical supplies sector – has been bought by an investors‘ group headed by Tiago da Silva, who has already been acting manager since March 2011. Tiago da Silva is now the majority shareholder. Previously OTB was part of Bauerfeind.
Da Sivla, who prior to that had been a member of the board of Bauerfeind AG since 2007, has been leading the company as shareholder-managing director since the beginning of April.
