PharmAria LLC has entered into a strategic partnership with Celgene Corporation. The agreement relates to the discovery of new, high-quality small molecule therapeutics to advance the treatment of cancer and fibrotic diseases.
Under the agreement, Celgene from Summit, New Jersey is also granted the opportunity to take over the biopharmaceutical company founded in 2012 in California at a later date.
