The Doctari Group around managing directors Sang-Woo Pai and Torsten Blaschke as well as Silke Oltrogge expands the competences of the intermediary of physicians and nursing staff by the expertise of three different companies, which were already partly connected in August. The companies Planerio, Viantro and Lichtfeld expand the digital healthcare tech area of Doctari.

Doctari now counts 60,000 qualified physicians and nursing staff among its customers, as well as 5,000 medical healthcare facilities that use the intermediary’s digital platform to search for positions and how to fill them. In doing so, the intermediary platform handles personnel management as well as the search for the right personnel for medical facilities as Doctari’s central point of contact. The digital marketplace serves as a placement exchange, so to speak, and also offers other services for companies and seekers, which will soon include career planning, permanent positions and further training.

The Planerio GmbH as intelligent enterprise for personnel management, time registration and duty roster solutions was already attached in August. Dr. Stefan Klußmann as co-founder continues his job as managing director at Doctari with Markus Hinz at his side. Hinz has gained many years of digital experience at Google, Klußmann had consulting assignments at McKinsey.

Viantro GmbH is a recruiter based in Heidelberg, Germany, which previously also placed physicians. The necessary know-how brings with Doctari in this area here the founder Kim Kernbichler as a physician and its colleague Philipp Nadler.

The Lichtfeld GmbH is the third company in the alliance, which extends the management of Doctari by Dr. Julia Magdeburg as surgical specialist. She previously steered the company’s fortunes via the placement of specialist staff at medical facilities and is at home in the field of scaling digital workforce planning.
