A fourth nursing management congress of Sana Kliniken AG, which will take place on 27 and 28 May in Berlin, is intended to provide nursing staff of the Group with insights into the Group structure. Sana Kliniken AG is a hospital group specialising in rehabilitation with acute and specialist clinics comprising 53 hospitals. The exchange between employees in modern nursing and information opportunities about campaigns, initiatives and career opportunities give participants in the congress the opportunity to get to know their employer even better. The Group expects to employ 530 nursing staff. The further development of the Sana Kliniken with its constantly changing framework and competitive conditions has top priority at the event. This year’s 4th Sana Nursing Management Congress will therefore be held under the motto „From now on everything stays different“ in order to draw attention to the problem of the many challenges in nursing. However, it is not only the employees who should strive to optimise their field of activity; the Group is also endeavouring to take this into account, as the many measures taken in recent years show. The Sana clinics now offer their employees a qualification programme for middle nursing management. In addition, a nursing specialist group and the aforementioned congress were founded. Both days of the congress are filled with workshops and discussion groups on working time management and digitisation and a strategy presentation by the Management Board Thomas Lemke, with the award of the Sana Nursing Innovation Prize.
