Increasing digitalization has a significant impact on sales and offers a wide range of development opportunities, including medical supply stores. The Covid-19 pandemic, in particular, is often seen as a catalyst for digitization and demonstrates the relevance of digitization initiatives through complementary challenges. Against this background, Summary Seven, together with the Management Accounting Research Group of the Philipps University of Marburg, is conducting a survey on the potential and challenges of digitization for medical supply stores. The survey focuses in particular on the digitization of customer interaction, the associated general potentials & challenges and the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. If interested, participants will be provided with the evaluation of the survey results.
We would be very pleased if our readers from the target group of medical supply retailers would support us in gaining relevant insights for the digitalization of medical supply stores by completing the survey honestly and completely. It will take about 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in the survey is voluntary. The data will, of course, be collected anonymously and treated in strict confidence. Should you have any questions regarding this survey, please contact Michelle Schlosser at michelle.schlosser@wiwi.uni-marburg.de. The following link will take you directly to the survey…Thank you very much for your support!
