AEVIS Holding of Freiburg has acquired a stake of 80% of Geneva-based company AS Ambulances Services SA. This investment is in line with the strategy of the Freiburg company, underpinning their intention to build a variety of activities in health and medical care.
AS Ambulances Services SA will continue to be managed by its founder, Olivier Gonin, who is also a 13% shareholder of the company. The price of the acquisition was not disclosed. The Geneva company currently employs 80 people with a turnover of over SF 8 million per year.
