The Frankfurt pharmaceutical wholesaler Andreae-Noris Zahn AG (Anzag) has included medical products by the British brand Alvita in its range of goods. The line comprises mainly diagnostic products like blood pressure measuring instruments, thermometers and pregnancy tests in the lower and medium price range. The goods, exclusively available in pharmacies, are therefore pitted against products in non-dispensing chemists and discounters.
The Alvita brand was developed by the British wholesaler and pharmacy owner Alliance Boots in 2006 and is now represented in six countries.
