Health care group Fresenius have decided not to submit any new bid to shareholders of Rhön-Klinikum AG until further notice. By doing so, Fresenius have provided clarity on the matter, to all parties.
In recent weeks, Fresenius had been searching for solutions in order to achieve an alliance with Rhön without reaching the required 90%. However, all the efforts were not successful.
