For years, GHD Gesundheits GmbH has operated by purchasing production plants specialising in sterile drug formulation. In order to ensure supply and provision in Germany, the company is aiming to form partnerships with around 100 pharmacies.
The company now owns PGD Profusio Gesundheits GmbH Deutschland, for manufacturing, continuing training and education, nutrition therapy services and also a billing service.
Overall, GHD has bought four production plants in the last year: Medinal in Greven, Onkosachs in Leipzig, AdHibis in Munich and Oncotrade in Haan.
Currently, nationwide coverage has not yet been achieved, with GHD concentrating on partnerships with pharmacies who currently operate in the region surrounding the manufacturing plants.
