Since Monday, Gordian Schöllhorn is not longer the CEO of Lauer-Fischer. The subsidiary of the CompuGroup Medical AG does not want to comment on the reasons. It therefore remains unclear whether there is a connection with the tax investigation procedures against all branches of the software company.
